Atomic Wrangler (Freezing)

Hi,

 

I have always had fps/ lag drops in the Atomic Wrangler, but nothing that was unplayable. I haven't had a play through that has taken me there in ages. Any way this play through has, but the game simply freezes 1 to 30 seconds after entering.

Just wondering if anyone has had similar problems, can see anything hinky in my load order etc, or has any suggestions for possible fixes.
