the race depicted in the "sleepy d wig's" picture is a custom final fantasy race that's been available at the naver forums for quite some time....it's unavailable for public release. you'll want to do a search for "종족-FFRace 1.0.omod"....hope that helps.

Like any others I guess, check the requirements of the mod, put the meshes-text-sound files in the correct folders, activate the esp-esm.

And enjoy the mod ingame.

From what I downloaded though, there aren't any esps or esms and the only data file is just some data.crc file? ._.

If you're talking about this file "종족 FFRace 1.0.omod" you should have noticed that it's an OMOD, some sort of archive that has to be used with OblivionModManager.

(you can't get anything useful by extracting the content of an omod)
