Can't initiate conversation with Piper

I started a new playthrough for with now that all the DLC has been released. 

 

Anyways I go to Diamond City and into Pipers home to do the interview...............can't talk to piper. 

 

Thoughts?

Thank you for posting.  I too am having a problem with Piper.

Can't start the interview dialog about my character coming out of the vault.

 

I thought it was a mod issue which was driving me nuts as I am using the same mods I had prior when I was able to do the Piper quests, the only difference now is the new DLC from Aug 30th.

If you installed this mod it fucks Piper up.
