Guest Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 I have been tracking this thread on Nexus for some time and still don't understand completely what does it do. I have almost all utilities and tools and fixes (updated) for running my Skyrim game as much stable as it can be. Do I need this one too? I would really appreciate if some can give me brief explanation about it. Thanks for your answers http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11/?
Cock Sucker Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Never bothered with it to be honest as a few also said avoid it. If you've got unofficial. leg.patch, skse+tweeks, enboost+tweeks and as far as I can see that's all you really need
Ashkandii Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 It pretty much does what it says, It aims to improve on Vanilla content and adding stuff that "should" have been in the game originally, its a compliation of lore-friendly mods that pretty much have zero negative impact on your skyrim. http://wiki.step-project.com/Special:RunQuery/ModListQuery Shows all the mods compiled into it.
ButchDiavolo Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Hey Princey The mods you see on Nexus are a small part of the STEP Project. This is a project to make vanilla Skyrim look and perform much better. Hence the name Skyrim Total Enhancement Project. If you don't follow the recommended mods they list on the project site, the mods you find on the Nexus are pretty much useless to you. They put the more changeable mods/ configurations on the Nexus, so they don't have to update the whole official site every time there are new recommendations. Hope this helps
