Getting rid of the vampire face change with Pretty Faces/enhanced character edit

I found this mod to do it originally : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=16506 However it's not compatible with PF/ECE, so I'm curious how I can go about editing whatever file to remove the face changes. All I want when going vampire is the eye changes, not the sunken cheeks.
