Strange Restoration Glitch

Hello

I have strange restoration glitch in almost all restoration spells (or all of them) for example The first one "healing" it should heal me with 10 points of health but actually it healing me with 0, and some other spells like undeads on max 0 lvl etc.

I was trying to remove and add these spells but console said "spell not found (in my char)" (so it didint remove it) or spell not added

idk what should I do help please

Please post your load order.

Probably you have a mod that alters the restoration spells.
