As it happens when I'm exploring a cave or world the most. My game is barely modded and I'm ready to just give into despair. Cause I just want to enjoy my character I've been working on. Below is my specs and load order as well as enblocal and skse info. Tried using Crash fixes but then I can't even get past load screen. Hope someone can help me. RenaSan Posted August 25, 2016 Posted August 25, 2016 I've tried all sorts of things from nexus. Tons of "bug fixers" and "tweak" mods and I found that they're completely pointless for the most part. I'm running on a 4GB Ram Laptop. Granted it has an i7 and a good graphics card, but I really experienced low fps and so on. What ultimately worked for me: Lowering my resolution to 720p. The gaming experience barely changes at all and I get to enjoy 30-40 fps with my enb on. If you really have a memory issue, try that maybe, though I didn't ever really crash, just had low fps. Beside that, try to recreate the crash. Save your game. Walk a certain path and if you only ever crash at the same place, then it's likely nothing to do with your computer, but with your skyrim installation having some issue. If you walk the same path down the same dungeon and it crashes at different spots, it could very well be a problem with your hardware setup or with some mod you have installed. I don't know what Bashed Patch, Tes5Merged, Output Extra SKSE and Output FNIS are. I usually keep my hands off such things as they usually create more pain than gain, at least from my experience.

I usually keep my hands off such things as they usually create more pain than gain, at least from my experience. That is the thing it's completely random. Very hard to recreate the incident. Sometimes it fails to load a save which sometimes results loading a level 1 save then loading my last save. Sometimes wandering the world causes the CTD. That is why I'm thinking its the memory. Especially with Windows 10 restricting the damn memory to 4gbs regardless of how much ram I have for ENB. If it was in the exact same spot I'd say its a mod conflict but that doesn't seem to be the case. TES5Merged and BashedPatch was recommened by a lot of people. As for the extra SKSE scripts that is for the physics script for breasts and such. Output FNIS for animations. I know 64-bit version will fix a lot of the memory issues hopefully. But it won't be the same experience as the 32-bit version. Not just talking about all the adult mods on this site either. A lot of the mods for the 32-bit version will be very hard to transfer. It's why I've been trying to narrow this down.
RenaSan Posted August 25, 2016 Posted August 25, 2016 See I play with 4gbs of ram too and I sometimes freeze up. Which I blame on my hardware. I freeze during loading screen and sometimes when something major happens. Basically when I try to do inputs whenever skyrim is still like "wait, wait a second I'm still processing". Things did get a lot better for me though on 720p. Smoother gameplay, more fps, less stress on my machine. Almost don't notice the difference at all. Other than that all I could say is. Try to sacrifice something that might be an issue. I'd start with seasons of skyrim. Yea I used to have a weather mod too, but eventually I decided I got plenty of other mods I wanna play. Like, this is my mod list, way more modded than yours, but I'm still fine. My enb is also super stressful on my machine, but I turned the settings down to a way that the effect is still nice, basically turning off depth of view and some other stuff that isn't 'important'. Keeping mostly shadows, bloom and color corrections active. Then also I lowered all my settings to medium, I mean I love playing with super high graphics, but I simply can't anymore now that my desktop broke and I'm on the laptop. But yea, idk. If it's a memory issue, I should have it too right? Only 4GB, so maybe its a processor thing, because mine is just a bit more powerful than yours. Maybe it's a VRAM thing. Ultimately there is no way of telling you, you gotta find out. Like, do you crash if you turn the enb off btw? Do you still crash when you turn off seasons of skyrim? Btw, what is the unofficial skyrim legendary mod? I don't use it, I own the legendary version, is it for people that don't own it?
