How to remove smoke?

As in I removed a standing torch in whiterun but the smoke fx is still there, how do I remove that? I can't seem to find it my clicking on it in the console.

I want to remove one specific smoke fx, not all. 

 

I am looking into that esp and what it did was remove the mesh from all references of smoke, of which is not what I want. 

 

Nevermind, i found it. Its just a reference like any other that can be deleted.
