an error occurred while updating the elder scrolls v skyrim(no internet connection)

i get this when i try and start up from the steam loader. i used to be able to just load the game from skse. but i guess i waited to long to address the issue and steam uninstaled the game, so now i cant even start from there. now before this happend i was trying to fix another issue and i hit the (verify integrity of game cache) button in the steam louder menu.

According to you question "Steam uninstalled the game" so you would need to do a "clean reinstall" since there isn't any data in the game folder or have you done that already?

If your game is no more installed correctly (probably not) then use again the "verify integrity of game cache".

After this download and install again SKSE.

 

As quick test, just reinstall SKSE, and check if it working now.

problem solved some how my antivirus program was interfering somehow
