cum mask/effect is being applied for no reason

For some reason the cum mask/effect is being applied to my character for no reason and I see these lines show up in my log.

There are no indications of anything else going on in the log so I am not sure where to start with this. Anyone have any ideas on how to track this down?

Edit: No longer occurs after staring a new game without prison overhaul. I would not go so far as to blame that mod with this little information, I am just happy the bug is gone
