FO3 Geck - Male Hairs question

Hi,

 

I am looking for a male hair pack but can't seem to find a good one that adds to vanilla races.  or even to the FCO that doesnt have conflicts with another mod.  So I though I would make my own to mix what I want personally.   But in using the geck it seems like I would need to add them 1 at a time to each race.  

 

I am wondering if anyone has a tutorial on how to add eyes and hair in multiples to each race.  Oblivion let me select multiple and this may be just me doing something wrong.  Any help would be appreciated.
