hands seam issue :(

so i got a hand seam issue in 1st person and weird hands in 3rd person after i installed HDT vagina 3.3 !

 

how do i fix this problem ?    and can someone explain me how to run bodyslide properly

 

Method i do is    i open bodyslide choose (unp Special or HDT ?)  (special hands or just hands ?)     (special feet,xpms,feet ??)

 

and last question if i modify a custom body for example unpb do i need to adjust hands and feet to the weight slider that im gonna to use in game ?
