Scars and sores?

okay, so i'll show you the picture, sorry about the nekkid boobies, that shows a facial scar i can't seem to get rid of via showracemenu...and a sore on the stomach that shouldn't really be there...i mean, i installed all-in-one-pussy using the FOMOD options for the smoothest, silkiest skin and i'm flummoxed how i could be getting scars/sores still

i swore i even ran bodyslide correctly (who knows though, i'm a noob) via mod organizer that should have given me the race morphs (even picked that option in the FOMOD in the above paragraph)

 

actually, bodyslide+mod organizer tutorials are woefully inadequate as to just getting the basic stuff run (i know gamepoets has a great installation guide but after that i'm lost)

That's a texture from BI Phenotypes. You can't get rid of the scars because those aren't overlays but part of the body texture.

 

Is your character a custom race or vanilla?

If it's custom it's quite likely that the other textures you installed only applied to the vanilla texture folders.

If its vanilla i could only imagine that you have something that overwrites the other textures because of wrong loadorder perhaps.
