I know how to create a custom voiced follower by modifying the Skyrim's DialogueFavorGenetic.

However, I would like to know how to make my own character's DialogueFavorGenetic so that it doesn't conflict with other custom voiced followers that might also modify Skyrim DialogueFavorGenetic...

It's basically the same process. You just make your own quest entry and create all the lines manually instead of copying the vanilla ones. (You can still copy the vanilla ones and move them to your new quest, but the sound clips may not transfer seamlessly.)
