Hand meshes and shoulder width problem

I want body with narrow shoulders, but i got this problem.

Hand just becomes ugly. Is there a way to fix it?

looks like you need the DLC. make sure you buy all of it at full price. (dont buy it when it's on sale, it wont work as well)
