ctd after new game's load screen

so when i click new game , the game goes to the load screen , completes loading , then plays the sounds that's supposed to be heard in the prison (alternative start) and then ctd's on the black screen (really quick , i am a music nerd so i pretty much could hear the sound )

 

also loading a save with whatever mods i had installed also ctd's the game (maybe if my memory serves right)

 

but a save i downloaded off the net works fine , and even saving after loading the save and restarting and loading the new made save doesnt cause any issues

 

i have hella mods installed and the problem started after nmm's regular mess up when it threw in a random request to uninstall all mods (saying that i updated nmm and it requires me to re-install all mods even when i had recently re-installed and was using the latest nmm on my fresh install ) so i pressed no (it starts disabling all mods , which i dont let it to) and then activated the major mods again (just in case maybe that'd fix the issue?) (note:- all files were still in place even after nmm started disabling , which it couldnt cuz i pressed cancel)

 

also i decline the usage of MO since my pc cant handle it sorry and mo really messed up on my last install (sigh)
