Any guide on how to install BodySlide and Outfit Studio from an existing installation?

I'm currently in the middle of a playthrough using UNPB with XP32 MSE, and I want to upgrade it to BodySlide and Outfit Studio, but I'm afraid of things going haywire and screwing up my installation and breaking my current save. Is there a guide on how to safely uninstall your stuff and then upgrade to BS&OS? I'm using Mod Organizer.

Bodyslide will not affect your game or your saves, it is a separate program. If you are using unpb you don't have to uninstall unless you are going to use cbbe bodies and outfits, unpb and all unp bodies are compatible with textures and that is really all that matters when you use custom presets and outfits.

This guide tells me that before I install it, I have to uninstall my current skeleton and body mod.

No op is correct, and that is an exception because of how it installs. If you were just installing bodyslide to use custom presets or outfits you would not need to uninstall.

 

If you are using MO then it's pretty safe to uninstall your current body and skeleton, try that mod and if it gives you trouble just revert back to your setup and earlier save.
