Anti Sneaking/fighting slavegear?

The title doesn't really explain what I would like to see in skyrim, I am not searching for gear that makes you unable to sneak or to fight but something which hinders you (at certain intervals).

 

I would love to see a collar with a bell. (sugestions: a cowbell or a catbell?) which would make sound when walking, making sneaking harder.

 

Or maybe use the bell labia rings from the Zairas restraints mod (http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=6291) And add sound/script effects to that?

Another thing I would love to see are dildo/vibrator panties. it would vibrate (maybe always, maybe only when sneaking or running?) building up tension/arrousal for your character (or follower if that would be possible). After the tension/arrousal gets too high she orgasms including scream.

I know animations are hard to create so to fake the orgasm it might be done with an blurred screen and falling over. And the scream is just used to attract npcs/enemies. But it still Would be awesome if there was a real sound effect (maybe take from the painslut companion if he would allow that?, Or maybe there are vanilla NPC sounds that could be used?) The vibrator panties would make sneaking way more difficult than normal and might send you to unused corners and other empty places to orgasm without an audience that may or may not kill you if they find you.

This would work well with the rape mechanic other posts were discussing adding. Imagine that she's trying to sneak by when she climaxes, attracting all the bandits nearby to gangbang her?
