Immersive NPC in the dark and stripping lanterns?

Does anyone else use Immersive NPC in the dark with sexlab and defeat?

 

The main problem I have with the mod, is that NPC's have sex with the lanterns on their hips and I cannot seem to find a way for them to strip those before. Same thing with backpacks from frostfall(or campfire, not sure which one of those implement backpacks).

I was wondering, how can I make it so every NPC globally would unequip the lanterns before they start sex animations?

You should be able to set the lanterns to be stripped in the SexLab MCM, that's all I did, I've found that once you've done that for a few npcs, they all follow the settings.
