Long load times and crashes

Hello, i have problems in making my game playable. First and foremost, i have to say that yes, i know it's over modded (255 plugins) and script heavy. However, after running Skyrim Script Latency Texter, i am persuaded that my crash issues are due to mod conflicts and not to the amount of scripts. Or to load order, but i ran LOOT and made it sort my plugins, and thus i don't know wether it is correct or not.

I have ENBOOST, latest version of SKSE, latest version of FNIS (which i ran, of course), i ran Skyrim Texture Optimizer, i use the CRASH FIXES plugin, SAFETY LOAD.

I installed all mods with NMM.

My rig is:
Windows 10, 64bit
Motherboard MSI Z97 Gaming 3

Video Card NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 980 (4GB VRam)
8GB RAM
Processor Intel® Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz

I Attached to this post my load order and papyrus log.

I should add that, in the past, with a similar setup the gane was working, not 100% stable, but playable. Now i crash very often, so my rig definitely can handle the mods i am using and all of this is probably caused by a bad load order or mod conflicts.....

I have to add that i crash only when leaving an area (especillay when exiting from a building).

I am also using a bashed patch and a merged patch.

Do you only crash like that on your current savegame or even on a new one?

If you say your game always crashed every once in a while then I assume that you dragged the error all though your playthrough and possibly added even more. I'd say it's pretty hard to tell what actually does this.

If you crash like that on a new game too, I'd strongly recommend to reinstall everything, and only add mods ins small groups, so that you could track down the culprit easily. I'd start with less conflicting mods (like texture replacers, armor mods and stuff) and slowly going towards the huge and scriptheavy ones, and those that change cells a lot.

Knowing what a mod does exactly, if and what it overwrites, if it's a mod that needs a patch (with the said patch loaded right after it!) helps a lot to figure out a working load order. Grouping your mods by their function (texture mods / armors / sexlab stuff / followers etc) in your load order can be a great help too. Just don't trust LOOT blindly. It's a powerful tool, but it's not god itself. (plus for me it sorted everything non conflicting alphabetically, much to my dislike)

As long as LOOT isn't giving you big fat errors when starting it with your own personal load order (other than some information that is RED for no further reason - like: ABC.esp is outdated, use XYZ.esp instead, although you're already using XYZ.esp) you should be fine.

Buuut yeah, I know it's a pain in your favorite sitting utility (mwahahaha) to reinstall all and everything, so it's your choice in the end. :)

Well, at first i only crashed in certain areas.....In facts, i thought that it was caused by immersive creature spawns.
However, after messing a bit trying to solve this, i extended the crashes to every time i enter or exit a cell.....With alternate life, i would crash every time i used the bed to go outside (however, if i chose a beginning inside of a cave, or a tavern, for example, it used to load fine)...
Now i am reinstalling, and i'll try and use mod organizer instead of NMM...
