Modding guide for Elevators and Vault doors?

Hi guys...

 

I am trying to make a working vault door and vault elevator but I have had no success at all.

I tried reverse engineering it but they are both broken.

 

The vault door does not open when I try to use the console and the elevator is just 3 walls with no floor so you fall through the world.

Can anyone help me? I tried searching for this but all I get is DLC workshop crap (mods or reviews).

Really nobody knows how to do either of these two things?

Are they that complicated?

The guide is incomplete I have the same issue as the other guy.
