SexLab Defeat CTD on save load [Solved]

I just recently started using SexLab Defeat, and the mod works flawlessly in-game, but whenever i save my game, i can kiss it goodbye, since i'll get a CtD upon trying to load it again.

 

Even when using the Skyrim Save Tool, and trying to load said file, it will crash.

 

Deactivating Defeat and going back to a previous save prevents this problem, but i can't figure what's causing this issue.

Edit1: Save file Editor still crashes upon file load of my latest save, but i can save/load it in-game now.

This is the wild shot suggestion, but try disabling all the NPC vs NPC options, maybe that will help

Hey! Thanks for your suggestion, sadly, i tried that a while back, same as disabling "Player as victim".

Recently i stumbled across this page though:

So far it seems it solved my problem!

Still, i'll keep an eye open and continue to test around
