please do consider the load order because i think the problem is caused by a mod
and remember that there is a way to delay or speed the loading screen by the consol command where to type something related by the time or something like that and of course there is a default value which is the normal time of the loading screen .... if you could just put the consol order and how to type it i will be glad and i will try it and see if it will works 
and to be honest this is not the only problem but here i will ask about this problem and maybe at another time i will put another post about the other problems
