i need help please i'm not new to modding i've modded skyrim loads over the last year but i've just got a new computer and i'm constantly getting this notification when trying to install some mods.

i've tried deleting appdata temp and running as admin ive uninstalled both skyrim and nmm several times to no avail please help.

i've attached a screen shot of the pop i am getting.
