RAGS Suite Issue

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the RAGS Suite 3.0.60.0 and a copy of 2.4.16.0?  The mirrors on the creators website lead to 4shared and it wants me to use a social media account to download it.

Your a lifesaver, the RAGS site is down currently and I needed that 2.4.16 Legacy version!
