Massive Lag after Sex

Hello, I am seeking assistance to a problem I am having. In a New game of skyrim after leaving a cave I started in (am using LAL included in load order)  and starting the scene, during the scene all was well (around 40-50 fps last i tried) but right after the scene ended I was getting no more that 15 fps. Not sure what the problem is. If anyone has any ideas please help. Including my papyrus log and load order.

 

P.S. I've been using the MergePlugins.exe to merge some of my mods dose anyone have any tips on what to merge I watched there tutorial but they dint go in depth. If you know any good tutorials for beginners do tell

SexLab Stories is generating an error (probably harmless, but there is a trace.)

SLH (probably SexLab Hormones, starts spamming the log.)

SlaveTats has a peak of power consumption but lasts less than a second.
