Guest Lehshara Posted July 28, 2016 Posted July 28, 2016 So I installed FO4 few hours ago, downloaded few mods (0 compatibility issues) and played for like 2-3 hours, then suddenly when I wanted to launch game 15 minutes ago it gave me instant CTD when loading save after few seconds, tried starting new game: Instant CTD... coc qasmoke = instant CTD. So I disabled all mods, starting new game = instant CTD, coc qasmoke = instant CTD, loading save = CTD after few seconds Like what the fuck is wrong with this game? My load order (tho it's not important if the game CTD's even without mods enabled...) 0 0 Fallout4.esm 1 1 DLCRobot.esm 2 2 DLCworkshop01.esm 3 3 DLCCoast.esm 4 4 DLCworkshop02.esm 5 5 ArmorKeywords.esm 6 6 SettlementKeywords.esm 7 7 Homemaker.esm 8 8 Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.esp 9 9 Armorsmith Extended.esp 10 a Armorsmith Automatron.esp 11 b CBBE.esp 12 c dD-Enhanced Blood Basic.esp 13 d AzarPonytailHairstyles.esp 14 e Quieter Settlements - Vanilla.esp 15 f Quieter Settlements - Wasteland Workshop.esp 16 10 Quieter Settlements - Contraptions.esp 17 11 WET Clearer.esp 18 12 EasyHacking.esp 19 13 BetterSettlers.esp 20 14 BetterSettlersNoLollygagging.esp 21 15 BetterSettlersCleanFacePack.esp 22 16 EAMR.esp 23 17 D.E.C.A.Y.esp 24 18 HairVariations_YoungAtHeart.esp 25 19 Crossbow.esp 26 1a M14.esp 27 1b ASCOCait01.esp 28 1c ASCODanse03.esp 29 1d ASCOPreston02.esp 30 1e el_precursorsuit.esp 31 1f Eli_Faction Housing Overhaul - AiO.esp 32 20 SSEX.esp 33 21 SuperMutantOverhaul.esp 34 22 WET.esp 35 23 Rangergearnew.esp 36 24 CrudeBlowback.esp 37 25 ESPExplorerFO4.esp 38 26 Headcrab_Bunny.esp 39 27 Vivid Weathers - FO4.esp 40 28 Vivid Weathers - FO4 - Summer.esp 41 29 Vivid Weathers - FO4 - Far Harbor.esp 42 2a AutoUnequipPipboy.esp 43 2b Grasslands - Healthy - Performance.esp Grasslands - Healthy.esp Papyrus log [07/28/2016 - 08:52:20AM] Papyrus log opened (PC-64) [07/28/2016 - 08:52:20AM] error: Native function GetAllMods in empty state could find no matching function on linked type ObjectReference. I have no fucking idea why it's not working, it worked just fine like 2 hours ago when I last closed game... had 0 issues with it, and now it suddenly stopped working... deleting .ini files (I modified them) and ENB doesn't help either. Did this happen to somene?
choupi01 Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 uncheck all the mods just take fallout4+dlc and run if its good save, quit. restart the game and check the mod one by one until you find the wrong mod. hope that help you
Mercenary666 Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 First try optimizing your load order using LOOT if you haven't already. Then try a "validate game cache" through Steam. If you've done that and you still CTD, read on. Assuming you're using a mod manager, unchecking (disabling) your mods really isn't good enough since all the mods' files will still be in the Data folder and the game will look at these whether the ESP is checked or not. You need to UNINSTALL every mod and then check the DATA folder to make sure there's no trace left. When that's done, make sure Fallout4 and all DLC's are checked and then (THIS IS IMPORTANT) launch the game using the default STEAM launcher. This will write and/or update the necessary registry entries for the game. Once you can run vanilla, try installing your mods one or two at a time. when you get a few in there, run LOOT again. Rinse and repeat until you find the mod that's crashing your game. Once you zero in on the culprit, check the mod page's description and especially the bug reports (if any) for incompatibilities. The chances are you're not the only one to have an issue. Good luck. Edit: Try to get into the habit of launching the game at least once with the default Steam launcher after every game update.
