Looking for a website to upload my videos

Hi, i got a 21 minute video on the line and i need a website to upload it. I wish to create more videos like it and upload them as-well.

 

-Dailymotion no longer take explicit videos so my video got removed quick

-My video is on pornhub, but the quality stays at 240p which is bad. On dailymotion, it was at 1080p: it was perfect.

 

I don't want websites like dropbox and things like that: i wish to find a website where ppl can comment as-well like youtube and i also need a reason to get rid of these videos which mean, i don't want them in my pc once i'm done uploading them.
