Help with Simple Slavery content

I've installed Simple Slavery and a few SS related quests (Sanguine-Debauchery Plus, ImmerSlave, and Deviously Enslaved) after. SS works fine, the notifications pop up that it has loaded and the MCM is there with all the checks left blank. However, when I go to launch the game with any number of the three items listed loaded, I only make it past the Bethesda logo and see a flicker of the title screen before it crashes.

 

Is this a memory issue or a loading order issue or something different?

Did you install SexLab Defeat or Death Alternatives - Your Money or Your Life?

Yes they both work perfectly. I was kind of confused what mod should be laid down first. SimpleSlavery should be established before any other mods, correct? (e.g. SD+ and ImmerSlave)
