Unusual CTD at start screen

I keep getting a CTD at the start screen, which is odd since i am using the same mods i always use.

I thik this is Spring Cleaning, it doesn't work with two latest patches 

[Deaddy]

CTD at Start is 99% caused by a missing masterfile.

Try to check all of your mods via FO4Edit, just check everything and Press 'Okay'.

There should be an error on the right Panel.

 

Edit: And Yes, dont use Spring Cleaning. If you want to have a "Scrap everything"-Mod then use... well... "Scrap everything".

 

Legendary Modification has a seperate "updated" file on the nexus, do you use that?
