Gag dialogue happening too often

So my character is gagged at the moment and about every three seconds an NPC approaches me to initiate the Gag dialogue from zaz's animation pack. (the one with the mmph mmph and random body language things). 

 

If anyone has any clue how to make this happen less often id really appreciate the help since its making the game almost unplayable atm.

Edit: upon more testing its not just while gagged. Walking near npc's causes them to start a dialogue. It occurs even during sex scenes and happens repetetively. At first I thought it was deviously enslaved or deviously helpless but ive tried disabling both and it does the same thing.
