So I'm really bad at proportions, not only on bodies, but especially if it comes to the face, but I managed to create a decent Character which I love so far, if only there weren't 2 things... x.x The first one is, no matter how I change the areas around my characters eyes, there are always weird shadows or even some clipping(?) underneath his eyes, depending on how light falls upon him If the light comes from above, everything is fine. But it looks arkward on a sunny day outside and sometimes with facelight, too. I always have to fiddle around with lighting to get a decent screenshot. Second, I really, really, really messed up his ears. And there seems to be no way to make it right again, other than using the sculp edit, which I can't for heavens sake. I'm just not good at it at all and I only mess things up any further. His ears look strange. While I like them big, I wanted them to stand out more and not being hidden by the hair. But they seem to be glued to his head, and I really don't like it. I'd like it if they would point to the sides way more, and up off course, but I really can't do it. :C And maybe there's something about his lips and the grubs, but I can't change that too. The lips seem a bit edgy, but that's not all that bad. I wouldn't want to change his face overall, just the things I mentioned would have to be tweaked a little more. So is there anybody out there who'd like to try and fix that for me? I see so many really beautiful female characters out there, so one of you must know how to use the sculp edit right, no? ó_ò° I'd give the world if someone would try to make my character perfect. I could provide screenshots if needed, as well as the mods I use, although I'm not sure if that is important at all as it is just about the meshes anyway. The only important notice would be that I'm using Etheral elven overhaul but I could provide the whole list if needed. I really hope someone wants to help. Cheers!

Some advices I used a lot before: search for good mod combinations: - try to find a guide / advices / tips ... - Go to the share-you-racemenu-preset or show-your-skyrim-counterpart and search the thread for "Etheral elven overhaul" - If you find nothing you can still look through the screenshots of Etheral elven overhaul until you see a character you like a lot, and then check what mods it's poster endorsed download pretty presets and customize them: It will help you A LOT with proportions

There's just not enough Dunmer love out there. And if you happen to find a picture of a male Dunmer, and you think: Yo! That's superb! Then its preset is never to be found / has never been shared at all. :C
Comrade Isbariya Posted July 22, 2016 Author Posted July 22, 2016 Update: After hours of fiddling around with the sculpt thingy, saving and reloading my presets a thousand times and several crashes (blah blah running out of memory blah blah - definitely NOT but yeah well, like I care) it finally got better at least. Seems like I'm using the 'wrong' eye shape, as others aren't producing such a visible line, but I want THAT one! Anyway, I managed to smooth it up. May not be perfect as of now, but way better than before. Been trying other faces, too, and I noticed that they all have quite shady eyes, but at least it got better for me. As for the ears, they're not looking like bat wings anymore, and yes, I like 'em big, but I still can't move them the way I want them. I'd like to have them more protruding.
