Mod organizer fomod issue.

Yo,

 

So i recently reinstalled windows 10 pro and formatted all my drives. After reinstalling skyrim i noticed right away that im having issues with MO. For some reason i cant install any fomod with MO. Every single time i try to install a fomod i get (Errorcode 3221225477).

 

Ill put a screen shot below.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So i ended up fixing the problem myself. Turns out net framework 3.5 had something wonky happen to it. 

 

 

Programs and Features > Turn windows features on and off > Unchecked .NET framework 3.5 > restart PC > Installed the Executable .NET framework 3.5 from Skyrim install folder > Restarted >  FIXED
