corrupt nif file

hi guys i'm new here

currently solving most of the problems that the mods and skyrim had thanks to nexus and here

but now i came up to this

 

i searched the web and found little info about how to fix this, and confused about like what is meant by the corrupted nif

it seemed to be something in zaz doc and i tried un,re-install in NMM but doesn't seem to work

this has occurred many times by now, it seems that always there is a zaz related stuff in it, and strangely enough i ain't carrying or meeting anyone with those
