Eyes/eyelashes problem

Does anyone know what files (meshes and textures) affect the eyes/eyelashes? Both NPCs and player. I'm having this graphical glitch of eyes/eyelashes not displaying properly for approximately half of the eye colors in the character appearance menu, and since NPCs use the same files as player character, approximately half of the NPCs in the game look like below:

Variation 1, messed up textures:

 

 

Variation 2, a less freaky version, no eyes:

 

 

This I'm sure is caused by some mod, but I'm not sure what. Instead of searching for the mod, I just want to revert back to vanilla eyes/eyebrows. So does anyone know what files I need to delete? Thanks.

You could try to delete the eye textures that you have installed located in [\textures\actors\character\eyes].

That's the first part, you could then recheck if vanilla textures works fine and use another eye mod
