im having trouble with isquall's Jill Valentine race- specifically Res 3 Jill. Her head is pale but the default skin tone on the body is a warm honey color. the only solution i know of is the RNG based "Randomizer" in the shitty vanilla race menu but it also morphs the head parameters so Jill ends up looking butch and ugly everytime i get close to a matching skin tone for the head and body. 

 

so is there any way i can change the skin tone?

is there a better race menu for new vegas like there is for skyrim?
