Animation issues with scenes

Firstly, I am relatively new to the modding game so I apologize for my ignorance on how to properly debug and troubleshoot any of the mods. Hopefully someone with more experience can help solve the issues I am currently having.

 

I have installed the devious devices mods as well as the zaz animation pack. The issue I am having is when a scene initiates, the actors will stand in front of each other doing nothing. I am using the DIMONIZED UNP body models.

 

Any help that could be provided would be great.

I managed to get the animations to work, but now I have an issue with not all devices appearing on the character model.

 

Arm binders put on by someone else do not appear on the model, and a harness / belt I equipped are also not appearing, yet a collar and gag are.

This sounds like an FNIS issue. With animations not loading that was definitely an FNIS issue, now that you have that sorted you have to get the devices fixed. I recommend running LOOT as the first step to make sure there's nothing wrong with your load order and if that doesn't resolve the problem then I would recommend reinstalling the affected mods (devious devices and zaz).
