No animation (log included)

When I try to start any animation (in this case using the debug self spell) nothing happens. The spell fires, but then nothing. There's an error being recorded in the attached log, but I'm not sure what's wrong. No issues with FNIS, no T-pose, and I've configured all this before and it's worked. I'm not sure what went wrong with this install. I also tried reinstalling the relevant mods and skyrim itself.

Sometimes it could be something conflicting the animations, I know it sounds stupid, but make sure you read your compatibilties. But things like this is beyond my experience.
