Dance Synchronizer Installer Not Working

Hello, so a bit ago I decided to try and install Dance Synchronizer. So I downloaded the archive and extracted the installer to my desktop, but whenever I run it, a window pops up with the title "installing DS installer" with a loading bar. It goes for a few seconds and then just disappears. Nothing happens.
