hkxcmd.exe crashes whenever I try to convert KF to HKX

Hi

 

I've made an animation through 3ds max and I have the KF file but when I try to convert to hkx through hkxcmd.exe , hkxcmd.exe crashes.

 

 

 

Any help would appreciated
