DA + Defeat + SD+

Hi,
 
I struggle with this 3 mods since 3 days and honestly, i have no idea what's happening.
 

My config : GTX980, I7 5930k, 16g DDR4

DA + SD+ (no Defeat for now)
 
My first problem :
 
When i'm send to bleedout, i have a CTD.
 
Here's my load order and my papyrus log.

About DA : yes there is defeat, but the mod is disabled

I will post Defeat later, when this two mods will work correctly together

For starters you have Schlongs of Skyrim higher on the load order than sexlab (not sure if that's a problem). You need to run LOOT to update your masterlist (if you don't have it https://loot.github.io/)and other than that run FNIS for users and see if it has errors. If the problem persists afterwards post what FNIS says here.
