if you want to use this mod then you need to have 

1- Fuz ro doh http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14884/?

2- Mfg concole http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44596/?

note that some times your character will look ugly and creepy because there're no perfect mods for the face animations :/

 

as for addons i only use equipable Tongues because i dont know if there is anything beside the tongue worth adding :/
