Blue void walls in rivet city?

Hey can anybody help me with this bug in my fallout game. Note I am using ttw. In certain areas in rivet city, the door ways are just blue voids. I can walk through to the other room, but you won't be able to see anything beyond the void until you pass (think dark souls fog doors) let me know if someone knows a fix. here is my mod list, tho it wasn't a problem till recently.

Sorry I can't open the spoiler so I can't see what's inside. But as you describe it, it should be a problem with room bounds and portals, I'd think that a mod you've installed recently is messing with them, or you changed load order, or you merged something.

 

The few times I had this issue it was coming from a mod changing that cell and doing some mess, like mods that change light on interiors.

can't believe i'm going to say something here but: it's FBJade.esp or FB, i once got this problem try finding the fix here http://www.loverslab.com/topic/54809-fertile-breeder-ttw-addons/page-1 (i might be wrong)
