Bouncing boob madness

so I was having problems with ctds so I installed and tinkered with enbboost and installed I can believe its not enb.

now boobs are bouncing like crazy and when I mean crazy its like they are stuttering, butts too.  however when I'm move to about 10 feet away from a  character it stops. also at certain angles it stops.  so I have no clue what to do to fix it.

don't think its anything to do enb, though from time to time I get stuttering boobs also >.< but im only using enboost

Could be an issue with the framerate which breaks physics if it's to high. It's the only thing ENB-related i can think of that could affect the bounce.

Try setting EnableFPSLimit to true in the ini.
