Ck dosen't save changes

First of i have very limited experiance with the CK.

Usually after Installing follower mods, I like to nerf them via using the CK. I do this by giving them custom classes, combat-styles and gear. Then i delete them out of the render window and put them back in.

This has worked for the last 2 years of playing skyrim.

But yesterday I nuked my Skyrim. I reinstalled the game and the CK. Now i can't even delete them out of the render-window. It asks me if I really want to delete the file and the character vanishes out of the window, but keeps actor-count 1.

Furthermore when i just change thier stats without deleting the model out of the renderwindow and the save the esp, nothing changes ingame. The Follower has the same Stats as before, while it displays my custom stats when i reload the Follower in CK.

Best Regards

Zero

Edit: Maybe its worth noting that I'am using AFT. But i havend had trouble with the mod in past.

Are you starting the CK directly from Skyrim installation folder or through MO?

Do the saved ESP change its update date or not?

About the confirmation to delete, it is just an option you can set in the CK prefs.

"Are you starting the CK directly from Skyrim installation folder or through MO?"

-> I start the CK via the Steam "Tools" section. I would guess this should be a direct Shortcut to the Skyrim folder.

"Do the saved ESP change its update date or not?"

-> Yes, the update-date changed.

"About the confirmation to delete, it is just an option you can set in the CK prefs."

-> The problem really isn't the delete confirmation, but this irritated ne beacause it never asked before. Its more the even if i delete the character our of the renderwindow, the actor-count in CK stays at 1. I also tried to put a Follower back in anyway. This resulted in an actor-count of 2 and no stats where changed.

Edit: I also noticed that when i delete a Follower out of the render window, he stays is the object list of the loaded cell

When you see the number of "use" increase, do a right click on the object (Actor) and check Use Info.

You may discover that this specific NPC has multiple instances. Or maybe is forced inside another object (a condition for example) and deleting it may bread the mod (re-creating it will not update the conditions.)

I checked that for three of my followers, but its practically the same everywhere.

Use Info in the object window says. Used by:"RELA" and Used in Cell: "[cell where I put the Follower in]"

Use Info in the Cell View says nothing, so i guess recreating them shouldn't be a problem. But i honestly dosent even know if deleting and recreating the actors should even be nessesary to change thier stats.l

Info on the cell view tells you where the ObjectReference is used. Not the ActorBase.

You should do it before deleting it.

Please note that:

Actor in CK == AcotrBase in Papyrus

Actor in a cell in CK == Actor in papyrus as subclass of ObjectReference

Ok i gonna check that. And i already found that on of my Followers was associated with a Static. But I dont have time now to test the other ones. I'll check after a few hours of sleep. :shy:

So, i hope that i understood that correctly. I startet deleting them out of the Cell, instead of the actor list. Btw.: The delete notifications stopped appearing.

But anyway there are no changes aplied ingame.  :dodgy:

Edit: One thing just catched my eye. Is it possible that the CK takes that changes but something like the patchus maximus keeps them at thier predefined stats?

It really was the PerMa reproccer. Works fine after i blocked the Follower mods fpr Patchus Maximus.
