How do you create BodySlide settings?

I've been googling awhile as I would have been sure someone had a tutorial for this but if they have, damned if I can find it.

 

Anyway, I've seen plenty of tutorials on how to use BodySlide etc but cannot find one that teaches you how to make the actual BodySlide settings files for the CalienteTools.

 

So, could someone point me to a tutorial or give me a rundown of how to create the:

 

• ShapeData

• SliderPresets

• SliderSets

 

files for outfits that don't already have them?
