Vampire Lord/Revert Form Race Glitch

My problem is the Vampire Lord's lesser power Revert Form sets me to the wrong race.

It sets me to BretonRace when it should be setting me to BretonRaceVampire.

 

I can fix it with the console command player.setrace BretonRaceVampire, but it only lasts until the next time I use the Vampire Lord power again.

 

I did a lot of searching already, and this seems to be a fairly well known glitch.

 

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows if a patch was made to fix this, and if so, where I can get it.

Scripting in Skyrim is a royal pain in the ass, but I think I managed to make a fix for this.

I'll attach the files in case anyone wants to check it out 

(but please be careful and don't overwrite anything without making backups)
