Having serious ongoing export issues with Skyrim Bodyslide that I can't fix

Hey there, I think I posted this a while back, but I'm still having these issues and I can't fix them by myself.

 

For some reason the Skyrim version of Bodyslide I have installed through Mod Organizer is exporting any outfit meshes I work on as Fallout 4 NIFs instead of Skyrim NIFs. I'm not sure why this is happening since Bodyslide is set to use Skyrim's settings and it is the version from the Skyrim Bodyslide page.

 

I do have another install of Bodyslide seperately installed in Fallout 4's folder, so I'm not sure if it may be multiple installs clashing with each other, or something else entirely.

 

Please help me out. This is a issue I desperately want to fix, but I simply don't know how on my own.

Hmm i use NMM for Fallout 4 and Mod Organizer for Skyrim.

 

Do you use Mod Organizer for both ?
