I'm super new!!

And it shows! Half of my mods aren't working, and I'm not sure why. I've checked the FAQ's on multiple mods, including framework, and I am using both Mod Manager and LOOT and neither seem to have a problem with my load order or things like that, but I have ten errors currently and all of the mods I just installed simply are unactive. No game crashing though.
I'm sorry to ask for help because I'm sure the answers are out there already, but I have no idea, I've checked a bunch of videos on the subject but can't figure it out.

Hopefully this screen shot gives you more experienced people more insight to my failure than I have. If you have any questions feel free to ask so we (you) can figure this out

*No kink shame pls

None of the mods ticked in your screenshot show up in your Game? Not even the simple things like the armors and weapons?

Or which mods specifically don't run?

The ones I originally downloaded using NMN and imported work, but all of the *ahem* more mature work do not work whatsoever, including SOS (for some reason CBBE works but SOS does not?), Devices, or any of the animations by ZaZ or Puppetmaster.

I can't even check them in the in game Mod manager (CMC?)

I'm totally at a loss.

I see. So it looks either your migration from NMM to MO went wrong somewhere or, more likely, you are launching the Game in the wrong way. The NMM basically throws all files of a mod straight into the Data-folder of Skyrim. MO on the other hand uses a different way called mod isolation were the mods are installed in an entirelly different, isolated folder, keeping your Skyrim-folder clean. And as it sounds, these installed files aren't actually loaded when you launch.

This guide that explains the underlying mechanics of MO and necessary steps for migration better than i ever could:

May i ask how you are starting your Skyrim? The "Run"-button in MO, some Desktop-shortcut, screaming at the monitor until it starts?

Desktop. I tried the MO run but I lost all of my previous save data.

This could very well be the reason! I would have NEVER figured this out on my own.

This has most likely to do with the profiles. MO allows you to manage different Play-profiles with different Mod-setups and also different savefiles.

There should be an option to transfer saves to the current profile somewhere. I have to work on memory a bit but i believe it's literally called Transfer Saves or something like that.

Also:

- You got Slab framework update patch from 1.61 to 1.62 but you have Slab Framework 1.62 installed...so the patch is not needed (you either need Slab Framework 1.61 + patch or you could just install Slab Framework 1.62 full). Remove the patch

- On your left panel, move XP32 skeleton pretty much to the end of your load order so nothing overwrites it

- I see Fores New Idles in Skyrim (FNIS), HDT and SKSE in grey. This isually means that a mod was created but the folder is empty (so nothing is really there). You might want to take a look there.

- Half of your mods are still on your game data folder (installed with NMM), can you please add a screenshot with the first 50 mods of your left panel?

- About your mods not working... I do not see SOS installed (SOS strap on is not SOS) neither FNIS output (when you run FNIS generator you should get some files, may be you are doing this with NMM? If thats the case then i dont think it would read the mods installed with MO)

If you ask me it might be a good idea to launch NMM, uninstall everything you got there and install what ever you want in MO, but that's just me, i am a "MO fan" and kind of a little "NMM hater" :P

If you are up to, you could look gopher's MO guides on youtube. They are incredible well explained, very clear, easy to follow, step by step..

They are little long, but trust me: If you watch them you woud not regret it.

I run skyrim off Steam's online library, will I still be able to Transfer saves?

Shouldn't be an issue because i believe the game still stores your saves in C:\users\"your username"\my documents\my games\skyrim\saves and only makes copies to the cloud.

Sure! I had to reinstall SOS for some reason, I had installed it the night before but when I saw the screen shot myself, SOS was not there; I reinstalled it and double checked after the screen shot but before my reply. It does not work still.

All the grey boxes I have already installed as a NMN, so they should be there and work, I just redownloaded them with MO because I thought it was a smart choice to keep all my mods in a single containment. So while they are not "there" in the MO (for why I do not know, seeing as I used "download with manager" from the Nexus site, from my understanding it should have taken care of the process itself). I'm not sure how to correct this grey box issue, seeing as I used the manager to MO download and this was the result.

Honestly, I'm pretty green around the gills to make a bias towards MO vs NMN, though I do hear that MO is a better program. At this point, I'm just trying to muddle my way into getting these amazing mods working.

I would also like to personally thank both you and Eth4rlad for helping me though.

I hope users like Tefajo can help you better with MO because my memory is a bit rusty. But i have to agree with him that this mixed setup you currently have were some mods are insalled by NMM and others by MO could cause a couple of problem. We'll see. If it aint broke no need to fix yet.

Have you tried transfering your files yet? Because i suspect your initial problem should be pretty much solved if the savetransfer is succesfull and you launch the game through the MO.

If that is succesfull we can start going over your loadorder.

Revansheir: We are happy to lend you a hand and give you advice in anything you need

I am going to be completely honest with you: Right now, by managing your mods with 2 different applications, you got a little bit of a mess. Both your load order and installation order needs to be sorted out, since you have mods installed twice (1 with NMM and 1 with MO), some mods loading or installed before their dependecies, etc

I would suggest you to either stick with NMM or MO (my personal opinion will tell you to dump NMM and stick to MO, but thats your choice) but using both will always lead to confusion and problems

As i stated before, we are glad to help you in anything we can, but the person with most power to help and solve your issues is yourself.

There wouldnt be much of a point in asking us how to solve a problem that you have today if you are going to have (probably) another problem tomorrow because you do not know how to use your mod managers. Let me clarify that I do not mean to be neither blunt or rude with this answer, so i apologize if it sounds offensive in anyway. I am just trying to give you the best advice i can think of.

We were all "green" and "super new" once, there is no shame about it. You learn by reading, watching tutorials, making mistakes and asking. There is no alternative process

So, i insist you watch gopher's tutorial videos so you get a better grasp at understanding what MO is, how does it work, etc

Once you understand the mechanics it will be completely easy for you to understand how to properly install mods, what could be wrong when something doesnt work as intended, etc

Give it a try

Yes, I understand. No offense taken! Thank you for the video, I am currently watching a video by gopher as you had mentioned earlier, and he covering NMN to MO conversion (episode 6 I believe), so I'm watching and mimicking that as we speak to 100% completely switch over to MO from NMN.

I, too, want to sort out this clutter. I had THOUGHT I swapped over from NMN to MO before this had even started, but I hadn't correctly migrated the folders from the NMN data to MO's. With your support,  I am currently rectifying this issue with the guidance of gopher's video.

And I will definitely watch the rest of his videos after this ordeal.

You're currently facing the worst possible situation for a migration, with a busy, not uninstalled NMM and in the middle of a Game so the ride is expected to be a bit bumpy. But no worries, i'm fairly sure your migration is pretty much fine and dandy once you got rid of the NMM legacies and you can happily ogle at futas in bikinis or whatever lol

I fixed the SKSE, and have correctly transfered all the NMN files over to MO.
I also transfered my saves from the data files to MO like Eth4rlad suggested.

*EDIT: I have successfully completed my task. I thank you both for the guidance through this long journey and lack of sleep.

Now I just have to fix a bunch of stuff I don't know how to...hahaaaaaaaa. :)

Glad we could help. Be patient, nobody learns from one day to another. Take your time, look at the video list i linked. Gopher is like the "Yoda" of Skyrim Modding Tutorials

And if you happen get stuck trying to "fix that other bunch of stuff" just let us know  ;)

Thanks! I've definitely learned from Gopher's videos. well, for one example, I don't know how to bring up Sofia the follower's installation thing. In NMN when you install it, you get a few options about her, one of them being body type. In MO, I installed it and didn't get the options, so now she's Nevernude. And this overrides her REDUX customizer. This is the most obvious problem, since I think other mods are acting like this but I cant be sure without a few hours of testing.

You mean the fomod installer. I think there is a couple of settings you need to change in MO configuration. I do not recall them right now but i am sure that if you google it you will find your answer

I see you have a lot of mods directly installed to your skyrim directory (the unmanaged files). If you are going to use Mod Organizer now, I would suggest completely deleting your Skyrim folder and redownload it have a clean install. Then redownload all the mods and let MO handle your mod usage.
