Dust stripe under my charakters feet

First of all sorry for my bad english^^
I have a problem with my Skyrim charakter and i don't know how to Fix it. i tried Vanilla Armor and modded armor and it's still there. So i can say it's not a problem of my Armor.

Hope someone can help me with this problem ._.

Go check there, you should find most of the fx glitch and how to remove them. Credit to steve40
